We’re proud to announce the release of our fully-fledged user management system. From today, you’ll have even more functionality at your fingertips to work collaboratively with other users on your QuestionScout forms, surveys and questionnaires.
With the release of our user management system comes permissions. As an account administrator, you can easily manage the roles of your users through your accounts’ users panel.
User roles for each user can easily be modified at any time. This allows you and your business to easily have individuals inside and outside of your organisation to work on forms, surveys and questionnaires together without you having to overlook the process.
To further streamline your processes, we’ve also introduced Workspaces & Workspace Permissions.
Workspaces act as folders for your account, where you can easily manage and organise all of your forms, surveys and questionnaires.
Workspace permissions are made to give account users that are not administrators or moderators access to Workspaces with a dedicated permission system.
Any user that’s invited to your account with the user role can be assigned to one or multiple Workspace permissions. You can assign users to the create, read, edit and delete permissions. If you would like to learn more about what these permissions mean, you can read our support documentation here.
Account Users, Workspaces & Workspace Permissions are added to all new & existing QuestionScout accounts. This means you don’t have to do anything to start using this new feature.
