How long is the free trial?
We offer a 14 day free trial. All trials are on our Pro plan by default so you can try out all our features and choose the best plan for you.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We’re GDPR compliant and have a DPA available on your profile page when you’ve created your account.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. However, we do not offer refunds for a billing period you’ve already paid for.
What are collaborators?
Collaborators are account users without any restrictions, and can be assigned with all permissions.
What are guests?
Guests are a specific user type that can only be assigned with read permissions. They cannot collaborate on your account.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Coding knowledge is not necessary. Most features can be used without needing any coding knowledge whatsoever.
What happens if I exceed my maximum responses?
Every new response after your limit will be safely stored, but will become accessible when you upgrade, or when your next billing period begins.
Do you offer an annual payment option?
Yes. Please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide an annual invoice with additional payment options.
