10. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
QuestionScout subscriptions are billed periodically, typically monthly or yearly (your "Billing Cycle"). Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it. You can cancel, downgrade, upgrade, or modify your subscription at any time through the online billing portal or by contacting the QuestionScout support team. When you upgrade, downgrade, or modify your subscription, QuestionScout will make pro-rated adjustments to your bill. Any amounts paid are non-refundable with the following exception: if you are a new subscriber and you are unhappy with QuestionScout, you can request a refund of any payment made within the last 30 calendar days (money-back guarantee).
11. Data Processing Terms
To the extent that the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 applies to our relationship with you and that we process personal information as a data processor based on your instructions, the Data Processing Terms shall apply and are binding on the parties.
